All orders are shipped using USPS priority mail. We do offer Route package protection. You will need to select Route on our products page and add it to your cart in order to take advantage of that shipping insurance.

Orders will arrive within the four week turnaround time period but in the event that your order is delayed, we will let you know via email. This is never anticipated but might happen based on the nature of a custom, handmade business such as ours. Please be considerate if this happens to you. Know we try to stay on schedule as much as possible.

You will receive tracking information during the shipping process. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our facility so, please be mindful of whether or not you need package insurance for your beautiful work of art.

REFUNDS: All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Our items are custom, handmade products. Please be sure that we will be in contact with you throughout the process of making your treasure. We expect that you will be 100% happy with the product you receive because you will be involved in the process with us.

Please be aware that no tumbler shall be repaired after the cup has been received. Please follow all care instructions that are included with your product so that your beautiful creation can remain in the same condition.
